Vets First Choice Global Expansion

As board chair and founder of Vets First Choice, I am pleased to share the announcement that the company has entered into a definitive agreement with Henry Schein Inc (HSI) to create a new company called Vets First Corp, whereby HSI will spin-off its animal health business into a new public company and merge the business with Vets First Choice.   The combined company will be named Vets First Corp. Ben Shaw will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will serve as Board chair. Vets First Corp. will have approximately 5,300 team members across 30 locations around the world, and approximately 5,100 veterinary practices on its prescription management platform globally. The company will have combined pro forma 2017 sales of approximately $3.6 billion.
