Earth Day 2024: A Visual Celebration

Earth Day is an annual celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect Earth's natural resources for future generations.

I was a 19 year-old college student when Earth Day was first designated in 1970 to occur annually on April 22^nd, which happens to be my birthday.  It has been an honor to share my birthday with what has become the world’s largest secular observance, activating more than a billion people globally.  

As part of my advocacy for wise stewardship of the natural world, I produce and share an Earth Day film every year, using my photography.   I hope to inspire others with the 2024 version of this film:
