KRISTEN R. MIALE

Kristen Miale manages Black Point Group’s small cap public equity investments.  She is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities for the Group as well as assisting in the management of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Black Point Group, Kristen was a Senior Analyst with Fannon Valuation Group performing business valuations for privately held companies.  In addition to business valuation experience, Kristen has assisted in developing and implementing strategic plans for small to mid-size companies, drafting business plans, and assisting business owners with the business planning and transition process. 

She received her Masters in Business Administration with Highest Honors from Boston University and her Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.  She holds a Certified Business Appraiser designation awarded by the Institute of Business Appraisers.
