Expanding COVID-19 Testing Capabilities

As public and private resources respond to the COVID-19 public health crisis, a critical need is expanded high quality testing and diagnostic capabilities to understand the true extent of infections.
Today in Portland Maine, Ovation.io, where I am a founding director, announced an initiative to engage the capacity of independent laboratories to potentially double testing capacity for COVID-19 across the United States.
“Unleashing the testing capacity of independent labs is critical to understanding the true extent of infections in order to slow the virus’ spread, flatten the infection curve, and protect vulnerable populations,” said Barry Wark, co-founder and CEO of Ovation.io.
